You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for a single business or individual and should not be shared or resold.

New accounts include a trial of 20 leads. Once the trial allowance is used, new lead generation pauses while your existing leads remain accessible for viewing, exporting and outreach. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is not permitted.

Lifetime Access is a one-time payment of ₦25,000 that removes usage caps on lead searches, saved leads and exports, and includes future feature updates. "Lifetime" means for as long as ClosoraAI continues to operate the platform. It is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.

White Label licensing is offered separately to existing customers from within the workspace and is governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

— use ClosoraAI to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages; — resell or redistribute platform access without a White Label licence; — attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; — use collected business data in breach of applicable law.

ClosoraAI aggregates publicly visible business information. While we work to keep results relevant and de-duplicated, we do not guarantee that every record is complete, current or accurate, and results vary by collection and location.

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves and will reflect the date of the latest revision above. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
